On-site Effluent Disposal is a growing environmental issue. Householders in unsewered areas are gaining greater knowledge and awareness of their effluent treatment systems.

Local Councils require a “Wastewater Management Design” for all new dwellings and commercial premises in unsewered areas. The Local Council may also call for a design to be completed if the system has failed inspection criteria.

Rosewood Environmental Services is fully accredited by all Mid North Coast Councils to carry out these assessments. Using the qualifications, skills and knowledge of our Wastewater Consultant, Horticulturist and Landscape Designer we can design a system that satisifes Council regulations and is customised your needs.

SITE CLASSIFICATIONS FOR FOOTING DESIGNS

When planning to building, Council and/or the Engineer often require a site classification. Rosewood carries out extensive site and soil assessments of the building site and classifies the soil so appropriate foundations can be designed by your builder or engineer. (as per AS2870).
